She has led advocacy and policy initiatives across employment and workforce development, child and youth wellbeing, and support for culturally and linguistically diverse communities.

With a background in International Studies and Peace and Conflict Resolution, Tanya brings a strong focus on strategic policy and innovation, driving change through collaborative approaches and forward-thinking solutions.
