Fay Mound is the Director of Policy and Advocacy at UnitingCare Australia, the national body for the Uniting Church’s community services network.  Fay has over 20 years’ experience working in the not-for-profit sector. 

Fay has led a number of significant projects during her career, including the development of Lifeline’s e-learning environment and its online crisis support chat service. In her role at UnitingCare Australia, Fay leads the policy and advocacy team whose role is to give voice to the organisation’s commitment to social justice through advocacy and by strengthening community service provision.
