Georgina has a background in public policy and looks forward to contributing to, and learning from, the not-for-profit sector.

Before joining UnitingCare Australia at the end of 2023, Georgina spent eight years working in the Australian Public Service. This included working on aged care reform, personal insolvency law, Commonwealth representation before the Disability Royal Commission, and Indigenous affairs. Georgina has also worked at Parliament House and holds a keen interest in our parliamentary system.

Georgina holds degrees in Law and Arts from the University of Adelaide where she majored in Modern History, and during this time completed an Aurora Internship at the Northern Territory Local Court. Outside of work, Georgina loves to explore new trails through running and hiking.
