Fay Mound is currently the Acting National Director at UnitingCare Australia. With over 20 years’ experience working in the not-for-profit sector, Fay has led a number of significant projects during her career, including the development of Lifeline’s e-learning environment and its online crisis support chat service.

In her 10 years at UnitingCare Australia, Fay has held several roles including Director of Policy and Advocacy and her substantive role of Deputy National Director.

Fay is passionate about ensuring that everyone in Australia, regardless of means or geography, has access to the support and services they need, when they need them.

In Fay’s Acting role, she is focused on supporting UnitingCare Australia’s team to give voice to the organisation’s commitment to social justice through advocacy, and by strengthening community service provision.
