Tanya has spent over a decade working in both the not-for-profit and public sectors on issues impacting vulnerable people. She has managed advocacy and policy programs in a range of areas, including employment and workforce development, improving the lives of children and young people, and supporting people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds to live their lives to the fullest.

She holds a master’s degree in International Studies and a bachelor’s degree in Peace and Conflict Resolution from the University of Queensland.
