Xanthe began her career at UnitingCare Australia in July 2025 working as a Policy Advisor. Her commitment to helping vulnerable people and advocating for social justice inspired Xanthe to study a Masters of International Relations at the Australian National University.

Her role assists the Policy Team in policy development and research, engaging in advocacy, and connecting with the UnitingCare Network.

Outside of work, Xanthe loves listening to music, reading, and is learning Italian.
