Trish Hepworth leads UnitingCare Australia’s government relations strategy, working to advance the organisation’s commitment to social justice through effective advocacy and policy engagement.

Trish is a values-driven leader with over a decade of experience in advocacy, government relations, and legislative reform across the not-for-profit and peak body sectors. Across her career she has led major national campaigns, achieved legislative reform, and secured significant funding outcomes across diverse portfolios.

She holds qualifications in arts and law from the ANU and is an active member of the Uniting Church.
