Isabella holds an Honours degree in Psychology and started her career in mental health policy.

During her time in mental health policy, she worked on a range of projects that spanned from children to adults mental health. Since then, Isabella has worked in academia and consulting, giving her a broad range of expertise regarding mental health and aged care.

In Isabella’s current role, her focus is on remote and very remote aged care service provision, which presents a myriad of policy and advocacy challenges and a strong connection to people and community.
