CEO, UnitingCare Queensland

Cathy was appointed as the interim Chief Executive Officer of UnitingCare Queensland in June 2025. She joined the Executive Leadership Team in 2016. Cathy served as Executive Director, Australian Regional and Remote Community Services (ARRCS), Australia’s largest provider of dedicated aged care services for First Nations Australians from 2019-2024 and is currently a non-executive director on the ARRCS Board. Cathy has vast experience with BlueCare.

Working in clinical, human resources, management, and leadership roles, she helped to build a high-performing team that delivered transformational change across the service and enhanced the delivery of personalised care in local communities. Cathy is a current member of the National Aged Care Advisory Council and Chief Executive Women.

She has a Master of Business Administration, Graduate Diploma of Business Management, a Bachelor of Health Science (Nursing} and completed a Leadership Program at Harvard University. Her Leadership in BlueCare, combined with her wide-ranging experience in health and aged care, equips her to guide teams towards delivering innovative, integrated care solutions that align with UnitingCare’s vision, mission and values.
