Anne has over 30 years’ experience helping organisations connect with people through marketing, communications, events, media, and stakeholder engagement. She has worked across social services, tertiary education, tourism, aviation, and government. In aviation, Anne held senior executive roles, including leading a 570-strong operations team. Her leadership style reflects the philosophy of a firm hand, cool head, warm heart, and quick feet — combining courage, calm thinking, compassion, and decisive action.

Anne holds a BA (Hons) in Linguistics from UNSW, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, Macquarie University, and a Certificate in Strategic Communications from the London School of Economics. She is deeply committed to the values at the heart of UnitingCare Australia.
